My boyfriend came inthere toget his windshield filled and came out with itbeing cracked more than itwas inthe beginning. They refused tofix iteven though itwas THEIR mistake. Awful customer service and iwould NEVER recommend toanyone. Dobetter

Thank you for contacting our office. While wedo have avery high success rate with our repairs, there isno way todetermine how the already damaged glass will react tothe repair process. The outcome ofa repair isaffected bymany factors, including but not limitedto:
— The age ofthe damage
— The size and location ofthe damage onthe windshield
— Glass isa sensitive and unpredictable materialOur chip repairs are done topreserve the structural integrity ofthe glass and not for cosmetic

Would definitely recommend. The team was very honest and saved mequite abit ofmoney. Ireally appreciate how professional and courteous they were. Hopefully Idon't have any more windshield damage, but ifso, Iwould definitely return. The online quote process was easy, scheduling was abreeze, and all 3people inthe store were helpful.

Do not get the chip repair ifthere isa start ofa crack found out afterwords that the window will eventually crack anyway

So I'm asalesman ata dealership, Ihad acustomer that needed anew windshield ona more high end vehicle. The windshield needed tobe able toreceive heads updisplay and beheated aswell. After pricing this vehicles windshield tomultiple places around, itended upseeming like the lowest priced windshield was going tobe priced around $2,000. After seeing the prices ofothers, Idecided itproblem wouldn't hurt tocheck all the places. Safelite was the lowest priced Icould find. Iwent tothe website and quoted out the windshield Ineeded. When the quote came tojust under $1,000Ithought something was entered wrong ora mistake was made. Idecided tocall and speak with anactual person and give them the same info Iput inonline. The total came tothe exact same price. Curious atthis point Iasked “how? How can you guys behalf the price ofeveryone else around?”. They informed methey use aftermarket windshields built tothe exact specs asthe factory “OEM” windshields. Inreturn, making them lower priced because they don't have topay for all the extra stuff that afactory windshield would need.
I scheduled the install. Day ofthe install comes, Ipick upmy customers vehicle. Take itback tothe dealership. Safelite came out tous and replaced iton location. They called and told methey were done and left. Itook mycustomers vehicle back tothem. Iwas satisfied and mycustomers were satisfied. Great experience all the way around!
Pros: lots ofthem. Probably will forget tomention some. Customer service communicated well. Easy setup, they did agreat job installit, they just made everything aworry free experience.
Cons: noreal cons with myexperience. But Iwillsay. Mydealership payed the bill for the windshield. Ididn't have todeal with the insurance claim side ofthings ifyou're going that route. Other then that Ihave nothing else bad tosay, Ifyou even consider what Isaid bad about the place and company.

Was told online that they were open onSaturday’s and get there and they aren’t. Told tocall 24/7and was told togo online. Ineeded them tolook atmy windshield tosee ifit was six inches and have towait till after Monday cause could beclosed for Memorial Day and then the crack could get longer. Sonot very happy and not pleased. Now have toget windshield totally replaced due tonothing.

I was greeted with courtesy and respect. Iwas allowed towait inthe lobby for mycar. The waiting time was about anhour and thirty minutes which was the time they told methey would bedone replacing mywindshield. Great place and fast service.
