Membership Prices
Apply your full-price admission cost (one admission ticket per membership) from your visit to the cost of a Zoo membership! We’ll honor your tickets for seven days. Mail in your ticket and application form or visit Member Services and present your ticket in person.
Your membership is valid for one full year from the last day of the month of purchase. For example, if you purchase a membership on January 10, 2024, it will be valid until January 31, 2025.

Member Portal
Easily access digital membership cards (and add to Apple Wallet) through our new Member Portal! Your unique Member Portal contains all membership IDs associated with your account, allowing for easy entrance and in-park use. You can also add membership IDs to your Apple Wallet when accessing the Member Portal on an iPhone for even simpler Zoo admittance.

Membership FAQs
When does my membership expire?
All memberships expire on the last day of the month of the following year. For example, if you bought a membership on March 8, 2024, it would not expire until March 31, 2025.
Do I still have to make a reservation to visit with my membership?
No, members are notrequired to make reservations. Members can access the Zoo any day at any time with the presentation of a valid member ID.
Can I renew my membership online, or do I have to do it in person?
You can renew your membership through our website (https://www.fortworthzoo.org/membership-renewal) or you can visit the Member Services office (located on the right-hand side of the entrance between the ticket booth and the turnstiles) in person.
Is my membership active from the date of purchase or when we get our membership cards?
Your membership is active immediately upon purchase, whether in-person or online.
Can a friend or family member use my membership card?
No, all members must have and use their own membership card. However, you can purchase an annual guest membership (which must be purchased with another adult, senior or child membership – it cannot be the only membership on the account), which can be used by an unlimited number of friends and family throughout the year.
How do I create an account on the Member Portal?

Are all members required to use the Member Portal?
No, members are not required to use the Member Portal, but it is a helpful tool that we are excited to recommend.
How can I access my digital membership card?
You may access your digital membership card by logging into your unique Member Portalhere. Upon arrival at the Zoo, you will scan your digital membership card on your phone. You can also add to your Apple Wallet for even easier access.
If I have a digital membership card, do I still need a printed card?
No, you do not need your physical membership card if you have your digital membership card.You do, however, still need an official photo on file. These photos can be taken at the Member Services office.
If I purchase a membership online/in-person, am I still required to go to Guest Relations to get my photo taken?
Yes, you will still be required to get your picture taken for your digital membership ID.
What do I do if I lose my membership card?
On your next visit to the Zoo, stop by the Member Services office (located on the right-hand side of the entrance between the ticket booth and the turnstiles) to print a new membership card. Please note that there is a $10 replacement fee for new cards. If you’d like to access member benefits online but have lost your card and don’t know your member number, you can call the Member Services office at 817-759-7333.
Does my membership get me into other zoos?
The Fort Worth Zoo is a member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums’ Reciprocity Program, which means you can receive half off admission at more than 100 zoos and aquariums across North America. Always pack your membership ID card when you travel, and be sure to check the list of participating institutions, as they’re subject to change.
*Because of the ongoing pandemic, institutions may have varying rules on whether or not they accept admission discounts.
